Madden Players' Madden NFL 16 "NO" Defensive Guide
Designed for: Madden NFL 16 on Playstation 4 & Xbox One
Based on: NO Defensive Playbook

The New Orleans defensive playbook in Madden NFL 16 is one of the most 3-4 centric defensive playbooks, and is a true force for anyone who enjoys the 3-4 base formations.

As we have seen in the first couple weeks of Madden 16, the 3-4 formations have been extremely dominant. With the right plays and setups, getting good pressure is not hard, and we're able to get good pressure even with the running back blocking due to the 3-4 being so spread out, along with a few unique tactics found in this guide.

In this guide, you will find plenty of three-to-four man rush blitzes, A and B-gap blitzesblitzes that a running back or TE don't block whether they're slide-protecting or not, dual-edge pressure, multiple run defenses to blow up the tosses and inside runs, coverage defense to strangle aggressive catches, and much more. I left nothing on the table with the content in this guide, nor with the effort and level of quality that I put into it.

And most of all, the blitzes are consistent. The first thing some folks will tell you to try to lower your expectations immensely is that you can't run the same blitz too many times or the offensive line will adjust. That is completely false, and please don't believe that. Consistency in blitzes exists, it just takes hard work to find the right blitzes.

Our 3-4: Predator comes loaded with blitzes that utilize unique angles by the DE, run defense, and setups that can work out of just about any play in the formation. 3-4: Even comes packed with incredible A-Gap, B-Gap, and Edge blitzes that are easy to setup. Our 3-4: Odd and 3-4: Over bring their own set of unique blitzing angles that make getting to the QB faster, which sometimes also makes the running back miss the block.

Last but not least, our Quarter: 3 Deep, Nickel 3-3-5 Wide and Big: Dime 2-3-6 bring you great assortment of B-Gap blitzes, Edge blitzes, and dual pressures that an extra blocker on offense can't pick up.

If you're the type to like A and B-gap blitzes, especially by defensive linemen, this guide is absolutely loaded.

And the dreaded I Form, Strong I, and Weak I Quick Toss and inside runs... the Run Defense in this guide locks that up tightly. I spent several hours specifically trying to figure out how to stop that run scheme---don't let it make you a victim. And aggressive catching? I show you how to shut that down as best as possible too while still getting nano-type pressure.

Whether you're having trouble stopping the run, locking up money plays, or just want to be more aggressive in your blitzing and yet still retain great coverage, this guide will certainly satisfy all of your needs.

The guide also includes DT A-gap blitzes, DE B-gap blitzes, edge-pressures, 3-man pressures, 4-man pressures, and pressures that an RB or TE cannot block.

The "CIN" Defensive guide features everything from schemes out of 3-4: Predator, 3-4: Over, 3-4: Even, 3-4: Odd, Nickel: 3-3-5 Wide, Big: Dime 2-3-6, Quarter: 3 Deep, and more.

Also please note that you are not limited to to only using the NO defensive playbook to make use of this guide. You can take the formations you like best and use different playbooks that have these formations.

For example, you can find the following formations in these playbooks:

3-4: Predator - BAL, CLE, BUF, IND, PHI
3-4: Over - ARI, BUF, CHI, CLE, DEN, GB, HOU, IND, KC, NYJ, PHI, PIT, SD, SF, TEN, WAS
3-4: Even - ARI, VAL, CHI, DEN, GB, HOU, IND, NUJ, PHI, PIT, SF, TEN, WAS,
3-4: Odd - ARI, BAL, BUF, CHI, CLE, DEN, GB, HOU, IND, KC, NE, NYJ, PHI, PIT, SD, SF, TEN, WAS.
...and the list goes on.

Learn how to run all of these powerful formations to their maximum capability and much more using all kinds of defensive line, linebacker, and coverage adjustments that will drive your opponents crazy.

This guide delivers on that and everything else on all levels. I give this guide a 10/10.

I've lost count of how many guides I've bought just this year, anywhere from established websites to just plain youtubers, and really nothing comes close to the level of detail you go, and especially the amount of different types of blitzes you put.

I've bought guides where damn near a fourth of their guide all depends on one blitzing concept, and if that gets patched, a quarter of the guide is worthless until they can figure it all out again (if they even bother). Like last year when they put out that patch that messed up a lot of people's blitzes, almost none of yours were affected because of this. It's almost like the stuff you find is patch proof lol. Just another reason why I trust your brand. Thanks for all your hard work.

Strategy Guide: F.A.Q.

Do these strategy guides work on Mac, Smart Phones, or Tablets? Back to top.

Yes to all three. Each guide is fully optimized to work on Macs, smart phones, tablets, and PCs. Any device that can load an internet web page can use the guide with complete functionality.

What is the purpose of this guide?

The purpose of this guide is to make you a better player at Madden NFL 16 whether you play real people, against the CPU, online, or offline. The strategies in this guide are all game-play related, which means they deal with mainly the aspects of play-calling, play-adjustment, and play-execution.

What does this guide consist of?

This guide mainly consists of Schemes. A Scheme by definition is a "systematic plan of action", and an "orderly combination of related parts". In other words, we define a scheme as two or more plays out of the same formation which we use as a systematic plan of action. We teach you how to adjust it, optimize it, when to switch plays, and how to counter most of the defenses or offenses someone could run against you with it. Above and beyond the play-breakdowns themselves, our voice-over commentary is also packed with tips and tidbits of information that can change the way you view each play and the game itself.

Why buy a "Bundle" package? Back to top.

There are several reasons why it is best to get a Bundle package and why many people get them besides the fact that it ends up being a better deal:

1. You learn about other popular defenses. By simply becoming aware of them you instantly gain an advantage on recognizing these strategies and then beating them when you encounter them, since you know what to expect and what it works or doesn't work against.

2. You can learn more different defensive concepts. In each guide, we try to make them unique, not only in the plays themselves, but in the general strategies that we season into each breakdown. By getting a variety of our guides, you will be exposed to countless defensive concepts that you can plug into any defense or playbook.

3. You can become more versatile and can switch playbooks against opponents who you play often. Given that each playbook only has a handful of money plays, people you play often can tend to catch on. By being able to use multiple playbooks you can always keep them on their heels trying to stop your powerful offenses.

4. If you use a custom playbook, you can add all, if not most, of the content from each guide into one playbook and have it all at your fingertips in each game.

Can I use this strategy guide with any team? Why is there a team name? Back to top.

The strategy guides can be used with any team you like and in any game mode. You can pick which playbook you want to use in the advanced options of the team-picking screen. The reason these strategy guides have names of teams such as "Indianapolis" is because we used the offensive playbook that naturally belongs to that team in the game but you can use any team's playbook with any team. The reason we break down team playbooks is for variety. We try to break down what we think are the best and most balanced playbooks in the whole game, that way you can have those great plays at your advantage so that you can be as competitive as possible.

Is this guide for competitive, experienced Madden players or for the casual/newbie gamer?

The guide is for both. We pride in making tough concepts simple. We also hold our strategy to the highest standards so that they will be essential in very competitive situations.

Is this the typical "glitch" and "exploit" guide that I always see?

No. There are no glitches or game-exploitation in any of our products. Everything in our products is consistent with realistic football strategy.

What are some distinctives of Madden Players and its products?

1. High quality strategy. Being aware of what the majority of our competitors create, the quality of the strategy that makes it into our products is unparalleled. This includes not only extremely effective strategies but includes presentation, simplicity, comprehensibility, and accessibility.

2. User friendly. Our guides are meant to make the learning process simple, fast, and comfortable. We take extra measures to make sure there are no frustrating or boring moments when it comes to using our guides or learning our strategies. Everything from how accessible our products are to the interface in which you view the strategy, we have your convenience constantly in mind.

3. Reputation. Most people who buy our guides once are permanent and faithful customers every year they play Madden NFL or NCAA Football and are often disappointed when they shop elsewhere.
